Everything is updated and clean and high profile furnished. You enjoy split living-ideal for families or even two families.
Your private beach/ocean access is steps away (75 yards). Or just relax, listen to the ocean waves in your cozy covered patio area overlooking the large pool area. Located on a quiet private road (cul-de-sac), your home is the third back from the Atlantic Ocean.
The beach is rarely crowded. Sometimes access is recommended at LOW TIDE when you can walk either north or south for miles.
Everything is here, including equipment for the beach and two kayaks for your usage. You just supply the people and you have found paradise.

Excellent communication from host. House is more spacious than the photos. Beautifully decorated with lots of extra touches. The best equipped kitchen of any villa we have rented previously. In a very quiet location, one minute from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

Upon arrival , the house was in need of cleaning along with a few other issues. We immediately contacted the local caretaker and the owners. Together they promptly addressed the issues.
