Welcome to our picturesque neighborhood nestled along the serene riverbanks, just a leisurely 5-minute drive from the breathtaking Wabasso Beach. This lush green paradise boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty and modern convenience, creating a haven for residents and visitors alike.
The neighborhood is a verdant oasis, adorned with towering trees, vibrant gardens, and meandering pathways that invite residents to explore the beauty of nature right at their doorstep. The gentle murmur of the river provides a soothing soundtrack to daily life, creating a tranquil atmosphere that is both refreshing and rejuvenating.
Easy access to neighborhood and driveway parking
We can accommodate a Boat with a maximum length of 20 feet and less than a 12" Draft. Bringing in a boat is at the risk of the guest and we must be notified ahead of time.
The guests will pay all costs associated with any damage to the dock.

If your booking lands on a Thursday or Friday. Our Garbage day is Friday. Please put the recycling and trash dumpsters out on the street for pick up on Thursday evening. Please bring the dumpsters back in on Friday afternoon.

House was in a beautiful, private location with lots of local wildlife in the lagoon. House was perfect for us as we brought our son and grandkids along. Nicely equipped kitchen and grill with spices. Kayaks were fun for all and there was an extra boogie board that came in handy for the ocean which is a few minutes up the road.

What a beautiful, open, sunny, and well decorated home! The location is superb for those who know Vero Beach. It’s just below the Wabasso Bridge, which gives you immediate access to everything you may need for a fabulous vacation. We spent our morning sipping coffee on the deck and enjoying the views of the intercoastal and loved the huge oak tree setting. I travel with VRBO often, and we will certainly return to this house for its convenience, colon, comfort and overall relaxed vibe.

We had a very comfortable stay at live Oak.The home was very clean and ready for us upon arriving. Communication was very good.We would gladly recommend this home to friends and family.
