Un super séjour à la parenthèse ! Le studio et le spa sont très propres, bien décorés et chaleureux ! Stephane a été disponible et son petit déjeuner extra!

This place is a study in how to make the most out of the available space. It has been cleverly designed but is quite "intimate", the toilet and shower being two meters from the bed head and the sink, one meter. The room design is chalet-style with a liberal use of pine throughout. For summer days, it's nice to have the decking terrace with sliding glass doors and sun loungers although there is no view. We didn't meet the hosts but they were kind to let us have dinner at a restaurant before arrival, and to give instructions to access the room. Breakfast was placed in a box outside and it was very good albeit without much choice.

The basic bottom line of any accommodation is security, wherever it's located. One of the two entry ground-level sliding glass doors did not lock because the lock is broken. In addition, the outer blind motor made sounds when the blind switch was toggled between up and down, but no blind appeared. The hosts perhaps feel that the area is safe but guests don't know, and leaving valuables in the room while out is therefore a risk unless locked in a car. This is a major issue needing urgent attention for guest peace of mind. Another issue is noisy metal locker doors to the toilet - nice idea but guaranteed to wake your partner if you visit in the night. The breakfast coffee was cold at 9.30 am and we suspect that breakfast was placed in the box very early. It was even in a thermos, but if you want hot coffee, you have to be up early.

The chalet is charming, a lot of thought having been put into its design and features.

No booklet on WiFi password, distance to cafes, walks etc. A description of the build would have been a nice touch for those of us interested in such things.
