Fantastic host, delicious breakfast and fabulous amenities and location

Bedroom was very hot

Beautifully decorated. Room. Lovely breakfast, pool and position near airport. Good value for money.

The accommodation was excellent with a generous breakfast. The access arrangements worked well. The pool was lovely and refreshing in the hot weather. There were loads of games and things to do if you did not want to go out. The walk into Bergerac is about 1.5 miles along a busy-ish road but we cycled in and out of Bergerac and it was perfect.

The breakfast was very good, however the coffee could have been much hotter. Large room. Friendly owner.

It was further from the heart of Bergerac than expected. A long 20-25 minute walk along a busy uninteresting street to get into town. The pool was covered and not easily accessible and the hot tub had an extra charge to use, which was not mentioned in the pre-booking details. The room was very hot and no air conditioning. Also on the reservation printout, the language used to tell guests that this was not a hotel, there was no staff, just the owner, and that the owner's rules had to be abided by, was rather harsh. Suggest softer approach. Also the check-in of 5:30 is quite late. It doesn't leave guests a chance to settle in and relax before going out to eat (there are no restaurants within a short walking distance)
