A rural and spacious property full of charm, large garden and swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and has the advantage of secure parking and is within a 5 minute drive of Bergerac.

The place is great, nice and quiet and the lady who runs it is fantastic.

This place is the perfect getaway, it is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It has areas both inside and outside to relax in. The attention to detail is second to none. Location is about 20minute walk from the town centre (or very short drive) Clara is fantastic, so welcoming and really made us feel at home, providing us with exquisite breakfasts making sure we had everything we needed. We felt completely relaxed from the moment we arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bergerac, and we’d happily stay again!

The breakfast was very good, however the coffee could have been much hotter. Large room. Friendly owner.

It was further from the heart of Bergerac than expected. A long 20-25 minute walk along a busy uninteresting street to get into town. The pool was covered and not easily accessible and the hot tub had an extra charge to use, which was not mentioned in the pre-booking details. The room was very hot and no air conditioning. Also on the reservation printout, the language used to tell guests that this was not a hotel, there was no staff, just the owner, and that the owner's rules had to be abided by, was rather harsh. Suggest softer approach. Also the check-in of 5:30 is quite late. It doesn't leave guests a chance to settle in and relax before going out to eat (there are no restaurants within a short walking distance)
