Nice old building in great location and good value for money.
Unfortunately we were there in 43 degrees heat and our ceiling fan didn't work The fan we had switched off every few hours so could hardly sleep. Be aware of road noise when you open the window.

Located close to the historic district and the bed was comfortable.
The room was on the top floor and I stayed during a heat wave. There was a ceiling fan, but it was still super hot. I slept on top of the bed without covers and sweated the night away.
