L'Acacia

Everything! Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. We stayed during the June 26 heatwave where temperatures reached 45 degrees C they installed mobile air conditioning unit before we arrived so that we would be comfortable, we really appreciated that forethought. Breakfast great, lots of homemade goodies and the best pastries 🥐. Icing on the cake having a swimming pool to ourselves, set in a beautiful, well kept garden. This property is well worth a visit, in walking distance of the old town a real gem 💎.

A good spot close to town and the dinner recommendation from the hosts was excellent. Breakfast was nice in the conservatory and the bathroom was spacious. Off street car parking too.

The usual problem in France and that is no A/C.

La maison d'hôtes l'Acacia est plus qu'exceptionnelle... une vraie pépite. Nous avons été reçus comme des rois. Messa et son mari sont très sympathiques. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. nous avons bénéficié de la piscine juste pour nous seuls. La chambre hyper équipée et confortable. La maison d'hôtes est très bien située pour visiter la ville à pieds. nous avons reçu de très bons conseils pour les repas du soir. Tout était parfait.

We have just come back from a wonderful stay in Bergerac. L’Acacia is perfectly situated a 10minute walk from the town/river. The property is beautiful and the pool area is a hidden gem as are the stunning gardens. The breakfast of delicious croissants/ pastries/ fruit/ yogurt was delicious. Parking is an extra bonus. Our hosts we just lovely and we will definitely go back.
