This charming little home is cozy and close to the downtown restaurants and shopping in Montrose. Drive-in movie theater just a few minutes away. BBQ on the back patio or walk/ride to one of the local breweries for dinner or a fun night out. Games, books, tv and high speed internet provided. There are so many outdoor activities nearby - hiking, paddle boarding, the Black Canyon National Park, a day trip to Ouray, etc. City of Montrose, CO Sales Tax License #016540

The house was great for two couples. It was clean. The kitchen items were labeled and easy to find. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient to Black Canyon of Gunnison (the park was closed due to a wildfire), Ouray, and Silverton. The owner was responsive and very helpful.

Tidy home with all the amenities. Liked the grill and outdoor area. Well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Location close to everything. Check in and checkout easy. Plenty of parking.

Hospital complex all around with Heliport on roof top. Otherwise stay was okay
