Charming 1 bed super central Terraced House

Really light well-designed property. Responsive owners. Great central location but lovely & quiet.

A little house that was surprisingly roomy inside, and very comfortable

Only problem - the digits on the lock of the key box were very hard to read in the dark.

I was very unhappy about having to upload photo ID of my passport to the company’s website- the House of Luchini . I have never had to do this before and I would not have booked this property had I known from looking on booking.com- however had I cancelled I would have lost what I had paid for it. I spoke with them twice but there was no option. I feel that booking.com should state that you will have to do this when you are booking a property. I was happy to leave a deposit- that is fair enough- but having to put important personal ID details along with all your other sensitive details is something I would only do for banking- and only then because you assume their security will be tight. I wasn’t happy!!

Everything was good and very close to city centre.

Key box low on door difficult to get to and difficult to open. If you arrive late evening ,problems seeing numbers. We had to phone to have box opened. They were prompt but got cold waiting to get into property.
