Great location - quiet but less than 10 mins walk into town
Much darker than the photos - particularly downstairs - we were there on a bright summer day and needed the lights on. £10 (non returnable) admin fee to arrange a (returnable) security deposit - I don't object to taking a security deposit but charging for the privilege on top of an already overpriced property sticks in the throat a little

Location of the property was absolutely perfect!! Very close to the centre with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The cottage was cute and quaint, with use of a contained outdoor courtyard if needed. Parking for a car was a great bonus!
Sofa was not comfortable, felt like there was an iron bar underneath, making it not the best to sit on. Stairs were steep with a tight right turn at the top, which wouldn't be suitable if someone had mobility issues (we were ok though 😀)
