Home NOT affected by Hurricane Ian. Colorful beach-themed 2 bed/2 bath home with your own private heated saltwater pool (screened in). Fenced-in backyard. Located just off Anna Maria Island. Pet friendly up to 25 lbs (add'l fees apply) crate available. Equipped with all the comforts of home. Infrared grill, propane included. Home has 3 beds, 1 king, 1 queen, and the Florida room has a pull-out queen sofa. SRQ Airport is just 11 miles away. A short distance to shopping and beaches. Enjoy this tropical oasis worry and stress-free.

Loved this place! Very clean and nicely decorated with a cozy feel. It was amazing to have access to our own pool, which felt like an oasis in a garden! And the saltwater was very gentle on my sensitive skin. The neighborhood is adorable and feels tucked away, but is very close to anything you need. I loved easing into my morning over a cup of coffee, looking out onto the pool deck. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Everything went perfectly smoothly.

The home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Anna Maria Island, IMG Academy and Sarasota. Abundance of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. House is beautifully appointed and hosts made an extra effort for warm welcoming touches. Wonderful pool in a screened enclosure and the washer & dryer makes this house better than any hotel or condo in the area. The beds are excellent. They have made sure everything you need is here. We will be staying again this coming summer and fall.

Fun beach decorations throughout the house and pool area. Very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The heated pool was a real plus even though the weather was warm. We are pleased that we chose this house to rent.
