Mark (Host) was very responsive. Everything was wonderful, neighborhood was super quiet. It's in front of a little marina area. There is also a nursery/farm nearby. The house was super clean and very nice - instructions for check-in/check-out were clear. Lots of info in the little book about the local area - what to do, where to eat. Would stay at this hosts properties again in the future!

The house was well addressed and communication was excellent. Unfortunately the location leaves a lot to be desired. The mosquito issue outside is beyond belief, we were eaten alive just taking the dog out for a walk. A warning would’ve been welcome.

Stayed 3 nights and had a great time. House was immaculate had everything you could need, even had beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrella. Was in a great location close to the beach and down the street from a small park by the water. Easy access to launch kayaks and paddle boards.
