Spacious, comfortable, clean.

I would recommend this apartment.

The apartment was celan, spacious and nicely decorated. It is also well located. The owners were helpful and friendly. There was a parking space for the car.

The only disadvantage is the lack of the elevator however it is staded in the offer.

Apartment is located on great location. Host is more then helpful and friendly. Apartment is very comfortable and clean. There is everything that you need for stay. Very modern apartment for great value of money. Definitely will come again and thank you Melinda for everything.

Apartment is very spacious and nice. I really liked the decor and the plants. Looks like the pictures. Internet, hot water, peaceful, near downtown.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. We stayed only for one night so this wasn't really an issue, but for longer stays it wouldn't be easy.

Only compliments to cleanless, equipment, extra's and of course many thank's to owners Mrs.Melinda and Mr.Igor. No doubt that we will return and explore Subotica & Palicko lake, Vinaries and ethnical restaurants +and all other that they have to offer. As we only passed center, buildings are amazing, also town hall and city center on sunday morning.

Nice stay in a beautiful city.

It is great value for the money. Close to center. The host was very nice, waited for our arrival, which was late and also got delayed by the border traffic.

The bathroom was really small. Even though the place is supposed to be smoke free, it smelled like people smoked in it.

Beautiful apartment, comfy, clean and ideal location

It is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The hosts met us when we arrived and their communication was always prompt and helpful. they really are lovely people! It is a quiet place to stay, but only a ten to fifteen minute walk to the centre. Everything is well equipped. The messages from the host even when we left were very sweet and appreciated.

It is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, however they do say this and I didn’t check, so it was my fault! Also the bedrooms need some kind of blackout blinds as they were quite light early in the morning. However, these things do not deserve a marking down of the apartment as it was otherwise perfect for us! We would definitely stay here again if we we returned to Subotica!

Nagyon jó szállás közel a központhoz

Nagyon tágas ,kényelmes apartmann közel a belvároshoz csendes nyugodt környéken. Mindennel nagyon jól felszerelt kávé tea is rendelkezésre áll. Melinda nagyon kedves és segítőkész még az állomásra is lejött értünk hogy ne kelljen gyalogolni a 38C -ban. Rendkívüli tisztaság és nagyon jó klíma van. Szuper volt minddn ,nagyon köszönjük Melinda!😊

Pohodový byt na přespání za dobrou cenu!

Komunikace s hostitelem byla v pohodě. Pán na nás čekal před domem. Pomohl nám se zavazadlem do čtvrtého patra. ANO, pozor, byt je ve čtvrtém patře bez výtahu. Byt je hezký, na zdejší poměry velmi vkusně vybavený. Velký obývák s televizí, psacím stolem velkou sedačkou a křeslem. Parkování v okolí domu také nebyl problém, my měli auto ve vnitrobloku. Pro děti byl super pokojíček. Postel sice rozkládací gauč, ale těch her co tam bylo, jako super! Topení bylo všude zapnuto, musel jsem jej vypnout :-) Kuchyně vybavená, malá, ale v pohodě. Balkon s výhledem na vlakovou stanici.

Otevírání a zavírání oken, no to je umění. WC velmi stísněné. Jak jsem zmínil výše, byt je ve čtvrtém patře, takže asi bych být starším člověkem volil jinou variantu bydlení.
