About this house rental

Relax in a private, country setting in this three bedroom ranch home. It is centrally located just south of Jamestown. Enjoy the quietness of the private backyard or sit and drink your favorite beverage on the porch swing on the covered porch. The living space includes a full kitchen, small appliances, and a comfortable seating area with tv, roku, and WiFi. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a tv with roku, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

The property was out in the country, but I was able to find stores within a short drive. Tim Hortons is a must in the morning. It was so peaceful. The house was clean, and it had central air conditioning, a big plus. The area was beautiful, and the house was perfect.

Had a weekend bass tournament on lake Chautauqua. This property was close enough inconvenient to the lake, yet far enough out of town to get the quiet country setting. We fish multiple tournaments off the lake every year. This will definitely be a spot I would stay again.
