Private entrance from the large upstairs covered patio, so you can enjoy outdoor living anytime of year. This suite includes a third floor bedroom, a loft space with two twin beds, and a pull out queen bed couch. 1 mile to Bemus Point Center and close to many other area amenities.

Host was very responsive and very accommodating for our Christmas getaway! The place was very rustic (our vibe) and very clean. It was equipped with more than enough to cook, eat, clean without having to buy anything else besides the actual food to cook. Heat and hot water was available, worked wonders, and lasts to keep us warm this brutal winter!

We were very happy with our stay. The listing was accurate and the house instructions and functionality of everything was great. The location worked well for our time near Jamestown and the apartment was quiet and comfortable. There was good space for our dog with the nice-sized yard- "plenty of sniffs".

The place was neat and tidy. The host answered our questions promptly. We wish it was a little warmer as there were wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy weather permitting. What a wonderful weekend.
