A functional 1-bedroom apartment (approx. 45 m²) located at the BACK OF THE BUILDING on the 1ST FLOOR. Close to shops (discount supermarket 200 m away) and the beaches of the Costa de Caparica (8-minute drive). Close to Lisbon (20-minute drive from downtown). The apartment features a kitchen, living room (sleeps 2), bedroom (sleeps 2), bathroom (WITH WASHING MACHINE), laundry room, and a 15-square-meter terrace.

All linens are provided (sheets, dish towels, bath towels, etc.). Here are a few rules to follow in the apartment: Please: - be considerate of the neighbors, especially if you return late at night; - make sure to close doors and windows securely when you’re away; - take out the trash and place dirty linens in the basket on the veranda when you leave for good; - leave the apartment in decent condition with the furniture in its original place; - make sure to close the windows securely and lock the doors when you leave the premises for good, and RETURN THE KEYS TO THE KEYBOX!!! The price of your stay includes a cleaning fee, which means that the cleaning will be done by a housekeeper (not a slave!). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may you leave the apartment completely messy and filthy! Thank you for your understanding.
This apartment is a family vacation rental. It is IMPORTANT to understand that it is modest and simple and was not originally intended to accommodate seasonal travelers. It is located in a working-class neighborhood. The very reasonable nightly rate (for 4 people!) means that you’ll still find the comfort and amenities needed to enjoy a great vacation less than 10 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from downtown Lisbon.
