About this apartment rental
Apartment in the center of Costa da Caparica with an amazing view of the sea and Lisbon, within a 5-minute walk to the beach, and 20 minutes away from downtown Lisbon and the international airport by car or public transportation.
Located on the 9th floor, with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and elevator access, the apartment features a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, is fully furnished, and includes a well-equipped brand-new kitchenette and a modern bathroom, as well as double-glazed windows. It also features a lovely balcony with plenty of natural light and an amazing view of the sea—ideal for breakfast. Towels and linens are provided.
It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and the local market are right on your doorstep. The bus stop for Lisbon or one of the area’s largest shopping centers is just a two-minute walk away.
You can rent a bicycle or go surfing, windsurfing, golfing, bird watching, and much more, all in the surrounding area.
Costa da Caparica is considered by many to be the national capital of surfing, kitesurfing, and bodyboarding. Two of the best golf courses in Portugal are nearby—Aroeira I and Aroeira II.
Rental Rules:
1) No smoking. By signing this contract, you agree not to smoke in Caparica Flat. You will forfeit your deposit if evidence of smoking is found upon checkout.
2) Please be respectful of our neighbors. Parties and loud noises are not allowed at any time.
3) According to Article 292/2000 of November 14, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. Neither we nor the property owner will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
5) Do not move the furniture.
6) Pets are not allowed.
7) Enjoy yourself and have fun!!!!!!

Very nice, clean and well equipped apartment in the center of Costa da Caparica. The apartment is on the 9th floor of a flat and has a nice view over the city and the sunset. Because of the height, the traffic on the Main Street is not particularly disruptive. Short walk to the beaches. We took the larger beaches in the south, because they were not crowded and have some very nice beach bars The contact to the team of Caparicaflat was excellent and everything was described and communicated perfectly.

The host was very kind and helpful at all times. The view from the flat is really beautiful. Everything was clean and just perfect! We enjoyed the stay :)
