Ci è piaciuto la tranquillità l’ottima pulizia la comodità di tutti - il dolce giardino a la “Gentilezza” ed “eleganza” nel modo di fare affettuoso della signora che ci ha accolto sia all’arrivo che alla partenza - tutto perfetto lo consiglio a tutti un angolo silenzioso di relax dopo la capitale ❤️

The room was clean, 10' walk from main pedestrian street, quiet neighbourhood, good communication with owner before arrival, some vegetable and fruits shop nearby.

the internet didn't worked properly at all, even if router is inside the room. They should buy another one or upgrade the contract as i read in reviews many had similar issues. Since we where for 2 days in Gyumri didn't bought a local sim. TV was not working at all any program, nothing, there are no forks and only 1 spoon, knife. We had problems opening the room door when we return first night and had to spend 30' outside. There was no ping pong table as in photos, neither kitchen, neither the wooden chairs and table.

The property was clean. Host was always reachable. All the attractions are very close to the property.

Nice house and cozy room, with a great price-value ratio. Quiet neighborhood, all what you need to rest

Wifi connection in the room was very poor, but I managed to do some work outside in the garden, where it's better
