About this house rental
This luxury home is located in a fabulous neighborhood, featuring a beautiful open concept. Enjoy an expansive kitchen, living room with bar, and additional sitting room perfect for sipping morning coffee or reading a book. Venture outside to a covered patio, private pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The backyard provides plenty of seating, with an abundance of poolside lounge chairs and a dining table. Play a game of table tennis, or have an evening bbq surrounded by palm trees.

POOL HEATING COST & INFORMATION: There is an extra $110/night charge if you want the pool heated. The heater has to be turned on manually so the pool if the pool heater is wanted it will have to be for the entire stay. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub.
EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
-NOTE: Dog friendly property, an additional PET FEE of $100 (plus fees) is required to be paid before your arrival if you want to bring a pet. This fee is separate from what you pay at booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
-NOTE: Noise monitors do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: The inside fireplace is not available to guests.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. The house was as advertised and perfect for our golf group. Hot Tub was a great temperature for our guys after golfing all day. Best experience we had in the 30 years of traveling to Scottsdale for golf. Host was very responsive and even though you go through a lot of questions at time of booking it's definitely worth it. Thank you

We had a good stay overall, but the property is a bit of a mixed bag.Outdoor (8/10):The outdoor space is the highlight. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table, outdoor dining table, and outdoor TV were all excellent (10/10). However, some maintenance is needed—two dining chairs have dangerously loose legs, most cushions are worn and should be replaced, and the chaise lounges have no cushions, making them unusable. The outdoor TV seating area also needs new cushions, and one chair should be replaced.Interior (6/10):The bigger issue isn’t just that the home needs updating—it’s that several things don’t function properly. The master bath lights are pulling out of the wall, the master sliding door doesn’t work (and the blinds don’t open), and the kitchen faucet is loose. The third shower is hidden behind doors in the laundry room and very hard to find. Kitchen supplies are limited to about eight place settings, with few serving utensils.Beds:Most beds were comfortable, but the bed near the front door sinks in the middle and needs replacing.Overall:We’d rate the home a 6/10, and the overall stay a 7/10 thanks to the great outdoor space. With some basic repairs and upkeep, this could be a much better rental. The house location is perfect, stores, restaurants and quick access to a lot of things in the Valley of Sun.

The property was fantastic! We had two families of 4, so 8 total people, and it worked out great. The pool, hot tub and ping pong table were highlights amongst the husbands and teen kids. The nice outdoor eating table was a great perk for the moms. Would recommend to anyone!!
