As guests, you’ll have full access to the entire property except for the garage. We invite you to make the most of the outdoor seating, pool, hot tub, pool table, and cozy living spaces. You’ll find a washer and dryer available for your laundry needs, making this perfect for longer stays.
There is 24/7 guest access with a Smart Lock system and self-check-in, ideal for seamless arrivals. There is plenty of parking available on the driveway
Please note that the primary booking guest is required to be over 25 due to the caliber of the estate and neighborhood, and you must provide an ID within 72 hours of booking.
We expect our guests to be respectful of the property and the neighbors. We welcome groups celebrating special occasions, but the party, gathering, or event can't be considered a threat to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the public. All noise needs to be brought inside at 9 pm. PARTY OR ANYTHING MAY CAUSE EXCESSIVE NOISE IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIME. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Guests shall then immediately vacate the premises and no refund given. A $1,500 fine will be assessed for hosting a party at any point of the stay.
Tesla rental is available and delivery to the home is free (if you rent it from our partner by going to Turo dot com/drivers/2072836). Please let the owner know you are renting our home and he will deliver a Tesla of your choice for free.

Overall we were satisfied with this home, but would not stay here again. It was well set up as a rental with all the amenities listed in the photos, but the high reviews and the beautiful photos make this seem better than it is. The home was spacious and everything was in good working order, but there is a lot of room for improvement. We wanted warmer bedding as the ones provided were very thin and polyester, the showers are cheap and hard to figure out how to get hot water. We were provided no cleaning supplies and only one laundry tab but asked to start the sheets/towels before we left so if we needed to do cleaning or any laundry during our stay we would need to buy all those products. The hot tub was pretty dirty. The pool was freezing cold- glacial actually - we would have paid to heat it but were not given that option. The pictures on the site make it look like there is a pickle ball court- there is not- there is a small side yard with painted lines but could never be used for pickleball. My biggest advise is this looks really nice from the pictures, but it those photos are deceiving as most of the items in the home are cheap and worn. It feels very home depot meets home goods and for that reason we would not stay here again.

Staying at this VRBO was truly a dream come true! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning pool area complete with a hot tub, putting green, mini botanical garden, and even an IG wall for the perfect photo opportunity.
The home was impeccably clean and well-appointed, making me feel right at home from the start. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and the amenities were top-notch.
Location-wise, it's in a central location of Scottsdale that is accessible to both downtown and north Scottsdale.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway with all the bells and whistles. Five stars all around!

Quaint place to soak up the Arizona sunshine. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly. Loved the labeled drawers, so easy to find what we were looking for while cooking. Neighborhood was easy driving distance to lots of activities. However you could easily lounge in the backyard all day!
Would absolutely stay again!
