Thoughtfully designed with modern touches and plenty of space, it offers a warm, welcoming environment that’s perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway. Whether you`re in town for adventure or downtime, this home has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.
★ REPORT DAMAGES ★
If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.
★ NO PARTIES ★
No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.
★ NOISE & SECURITY ★
Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.
★ KEEP DOORS CLOSED ★
Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.
★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.

Everything about staying at this property was great. Great location with some of the best local restaurant meals we've enjoyed in a long while. Easy check-in, the host was very communicative and the house is exactly as you see in the pictures. Clean, well kept, beautiful neighborhood, comfortable, everything you need to feel at home.
