In the heart of Provence, this elegant contemporary house with swimming pool, is located on the edge of the charming village of Vaugines, at the foot of the southern slope of the Luberon... and only 4 km from Lourmarin.
On one level, facing south, it offers all the comfort you could wish for a holiday with family or friends.
Its location is ideal for discovering the many other villages (Ansouis, Cucuron, Lauris, Bonnieux, Gordes...) and the region.
Enjoy the Provençal sweetness of the Oustalet du Luberon, a comfortable terraced house, in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park and a stone's throw from excellent restaurants!
Quiet, conducive to rest, relaxation and discoveries of the surroundings, l'Oustalet is located at one end of the village. This pleasant place, respectful of its environment (built to RT 2012 standards), is the perfect site for your next holiday.
Arranged in a comfortable contemporary atmosphere, this accommodation offers inside:
An air-conditioned living room, with a relaxation area, equipped with a TV and a wood stove, opening onto the terrace, the garden with its swimming pool.
A modern, functional American-style kitchen with new equipment (oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave, mixed coffee maker, dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, cupboards for shopping).
The dining area opens onto a shaded terrace thanks to the arbour covered by two wisteria.
2 baby chairs are available.
A master suite with a direct view of the garden and the pool, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Two other bedrooms each with two single beds (possibility to assemble them), one has direct access to the garden and the second to the back of the house (quiet cul-de-sac).
A bathroom with a bath, two sinks, a toilet and a washing machine.
The maximum sleeping capacity is 6 people, plus a child's bed.
The bedrooms are all bright and closets are entirely available to tenants.
Air conditioning is reversible in all rooms
The heating is electric with a wood stove.
Outside:
A garden without vis-à-vis of 400 m² overlooking the countryside.
Facing south, this green and quiet space offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding nature and in the distance the Sainte-Victoire mountain.
The terrace is perfect for meals in the sun or in the shade, protected from the prevailing winds. Ideal for enjoying the view and the excellent Provençal specialties, it has a long wooden table, four armchairs, six deckchairs and a solid wood bench. A barbecue is available.
The 9m/4m swimming pool, unheated, is surrounded by a natural lawn, lavender, oleanders and an olive tree.
It is for the exclusive use of tenants, secured by an alarm and remains open from May to the end of September.
Cars are to be parked in a private and free space with a capacity of 2 shaded spaces, at the back of the house.
Standard charging socket for electric vehicles. Flat rate of 50 euros per week of rental.
The garage, which is not rented, is reserved for the owners.
The accommodations are only a short walk from the village grocery store and two restaurants.
The village of Vaugines also offers public sports fields for young and old, located below the house 3 minutes walk away.
Other remarks
Namely:
* A security deposit of €600 will be required on arrival by cheque or bank transfer.
* Intermediate cleaning is possible and chargeable in addition, to be requested at the time of booking to be paid also on the site.
* Pool opening period: All year round.
* Heating of the house from 01/11 to 15/03: an additional cost is to be expected, invoiced on the basis of electricity consumption or a flat rate to be paid on arrival.
To finalize the rental we ask for:
- Validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the identity documents. The signatory of the rental contract must be at least 28 years old.
- Provide a "holiday" or "holiday" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory.
