The apartment itself is clean and bright. The dual zone air conditioner adequately cooled the apartment during the June 2026 heatwave. When we had a problem with the parking pass, the manager drove down within five minutes and resolved the problem. The location in Cahors was very convenient to restaurants and shops. Parking was provided free.
The stairs to enter the apartment as well as the stairs to go to the second bedroom in the apartment are steep, narrow and have a low clearance. If you are 6 foot (1m80) you will be banging your head if you are not careful. At the time of our visit (June 2026), the toilet seat and shower head were both in need of maintenance, and the air conditioner had an intermittent rattle when both zones were turned on, but these items will likely be addressed in the immediate future.

Great location
The second bedroom is up some pretty steep stairs. Difficult for people that need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night

Good location, big clean rooms and quiet
The building is fairly old and the entrance to the stairs before the unit suffers from mould. The smell from mould is very bad at that point. Within the apartment there are no such smells.
