About this house rental
Completely renovated "Quercynoise" house of 70 m².
Capacity 4 to 6 people maximum.
You will enjoy the terrace, the courtyard and the wooded garden, the proximity of the city center and the medieval city (5 minutes walk) with its very good restaurants, the Archipel aquatic complex (3 minutes walk).
On the 1st floor: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, crockery for 6 people), living room equipped with a sofa bed, dining room with TV. Air conditioning at your disposal.
The room is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and also a washbasin area.
On the first floor: Independent bathroom equipped with a sink, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Sitting area (two armchairs) with a TV.
Vaulted bedroom equipped with a trundle bed (giving access to two 80 beds or a 160 bed).
On the first floor: covered terrace equipped with a garden table with six chairs, plancha available, private courtyard with a parking space. Large fenced garden with trees.

Well equiped spacious property,in quiet area.Ideally situated for an easy walk into Cahors centre. Nearby bakers and supermarkets. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

We are four adults and really enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that we would have expected to be provided but weren’t available. For example, no washing up liquid, only one tea towel, no spare bin bags for kitchen waste and just one and a half toilet rolls on arrival. Also, we were pleased to see that there was a gas barbecue but found there was no cooking grill.
The house has been tastefully renovated with a good walk in shower. The beds were very comfortable and there was a good fan to help keep the house cool during the day. The kitchen is equipped with a good array of cooking utensils and dinner ware. The outside space was lovely with fruit trees and we really enjoyed eating outside. The house has a safe parking area with gates. The house is close to the river and is in a peaceful neighbourhood with a vey short walk to the old town.
