Spacious and economical apartment for 8 people, 30 meters from Leme beach! Property of 100sqm divided into living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (suites) and service area.
Great option for large groups and families. 24-hour concierge and close to bars, restaurants, banks and tourist attractions!
In the living room, you will find a retractable sofa, suspended bed (not suitable for elderly people), 2 armchairs, 42 inch SmartTV, air conditioning in the window (it makes a little noise), dining table with 6 chairs, basic cable TV and WiFi Internet. There is no curtain!
American kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and basic cooking utensils.
Service area with sink, washing machine and clothes dryer.
First bedroom (suite) has a queen size bed, closet and air conditioning in the window (it makes a little noise). Second bedroom (suite) with a queen size double bed and 2 single beds, and also an air conditioning on the window (it makes a little noise).
Cable TV and WiFi included in the price.
WE PROVIDE WHITE BED LINEN AND TOWELS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS.
