Everything was excellent. House and rooms plenty big enough that we didn't get on each others nerves. View was wonderful, nice breeze off the water. Would def stay here again. Would suggest updating front door handle very hard to use, and replacing outside lightbulbs in back and pool

Property was cramped as most of Florida resort areas are. Natives are stuffy but the travelers were friendly.

This is a great place to stay. We stayed for over a month. The neighbors are great and the neighborhood is quiet. Inside the house, it is very comfortable... and outside the pool and dock are an added bonus. Lots of dolphins swim by and we even had a manatee pull up one night to the front of the dock. Quick bike ride to St. Pete Beach and there's a Publix grocery story almost the same distance. Couldn't have asked for a better place.
