The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beach access was very close and there were plenty of beach supplies; chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, etc. Our host was very responsive. Would rent it again!

We stayed for one week at this lovely waterway front condo. It is spotless, overlooks the waterway (where we would watch dolphins and manatees) from the dining and living rooms as well as the primary bedroom. We watched the beautiful sunrises from the bed in primary bedroom. The condo is well supplied with beach and bath towels and kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable! The location is great, across from gulf beaches and walking distance to many restaurants. Don't hesitate to stay here!!

The only problem was that the deck was unusable due to structural problems that were being resolved. The agent had warned us about this and compensated us for the loss of use of the deck. Otherwise, the property was great with all updated appliances and rehabbed interior. Would definitely stay there again.
