Perfect location for walking to the beach. Great restaurants nearby unique to St. Pete Beach. Check-in was a breeze, great communication! Pool was fantastic. The home was a great place for work, relaxation, and exploring the neighborhood. The home is very nicely appointed, well thought out amenities for beach-goers or just hanging out at the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Luana's "Beach House" was perfect for our two month stay. Ideal location, being a short stroll to the beach, Walgreens, Publix and a selection of restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean with a lovely patio and pool (not heated), which suited us as we prefer colder water. A large gas bbq and firepit added to the out door experience. On the occasion that we had to contact Luana, she was very prompt in dealing with our queries.Hopefully in the future we can return.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The beach across the street,the pool was beautiful.
We had 5 weeks of sunshine and heat the pool was used daily to cool off. The manager was very helpful and responded quickly with my questions or needs. I would definitely recommend and rent this house again!
