About this house rental
Enjoy your stay in this 2 bedroom Single Family House with just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach Access is right at the end of the Street, just cross Gulf Blvd at Walgreens and you can have your toes in the sand enjoying the gulf of Mexico. Our house is in very quiet neighborhood.
Back yard is completely fenced in and private. Even though it's a quiet street, it's super close to everything fun about St Pete Beach! A short walk over to the Dolphin Village Shopping Center with Publix Grocery Store, Starkbucks, Chick Fil-a, Chase Bank, DollarTree, beach stores and so many great restaurants and beach bars. So much to do and it's all so close!
With inviting beach decor and newly renovated kitchen it will give you the comforts of home. Private and comfortable backyard for enjoying nightly beach breezes. Numerous amenities include full size washer and dryer, beach accessories (chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, cooler, paddleboards & bikes) a large gas grill and a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher.
It has an outdoor fire pit AND an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt water after a day at the beach.
Inside has a queen bed in each bedroom. Pets are allowed, with a $300/per pet fee, it will be requested after booking. Please advise if you are bringing a pet. 221 45th Ave is the best way to check it out and see the amazing location! Currently under renovation and photos will be added upon completion.

We loved everything about this home. It had all that we needed for a 1 month stay. The fenced back yard was great for our dog, and Publix and the beach were so close. We would stay here every year if it was available. The hosts were wonderful and we really hope to be back!

This beautifully decorated property is inviting. Walk to the beach, walk to stores and restaurants as well as close to highway to get to St.Petersberg or Saraaota. My favorite paet of this rental is the backyard. It geta sun all day long. We were outside all the time.

This was our second stay in the home and it was just as wonderful as our first. The house is comfortable, and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. we especially enjoyed the backyard patio, a wonderful place for a morning coffee. As the title says, we can't wait to be back.
