The house was quiet with no nearby neighbors

I attempted to text the contact provided upon our arrival at the number provided via Evolve emails, but did not get a response. Since returning home, I have also emailed using the email address provided by Evolve and have not received a response. That was 3 days ago. Upon arrival, the minute we opened the door, we had to battle 3 large palmetto bugs. Over the course of the weekend we came across 4 more. This was not a great way to start our trip. Additionally, the house was advertised as coming with two bikes for our use during the stay. We only located one bike, covered in rust and with 2 flat tires. I would also report that the water pressure in the front bathroom shower was very low. So low it was difficult to rinse shampoo out of my hair. Overall we were disappointed in the accommodations as compared to how it was advertised.
