Awesome place with a full equipped kitchen

The outside could have been kept up and cleaned better

Everything!! Some of our favorites are: We liked all of the natural lighting as well as having enough space and seating for everyone to sit together while eating. The updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were very nice. We also liked having the outside shower to be able to rinse sand off after our walk back from the beach. The screened in porch was nice to be able to sit outside as well as the common area to watch the tide come in or to just enjoy the outside view. The additional air unit for the upstairs master bedroom was very appreciated as it kept the room very cool and comfortable.

The poison ivy growing up on the porch and poking out through the steps as well as other overgrown landscaping. Also, a box of cereal from a previous stay was found on top of the fridge as well as two goldfish crackers on the floor between the blue couch and lamp. Would have also liked curtains on the upstairs children’s bedroom windows as well as the upstairs bathroom window. Also, the blinds in the downstairs bathroom appear to be broken or not working properly and the master bathroom door downstairs didn’t close all the way. Instructions for checking out are inconsistent with the frame on the kitchen counter and the binder. One stated to place towels in the washer while another stated a central location. Directions for used bedding and clean linens were not provided. Would have liked better air circulation in the children’s bedroom upstairs.
