Antique Garden Villa

Prekrasan vrt, iznimno čisto i ljubazan domaćin, dočekao nas je topli jacuzzi i hladne pive u hladnjaku, svaka čast!Vraćamo se sigurno

Perfect accommodation with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa was very clean and the hot tub was a great hit. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre, where they are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We stayed for 9 nights and there is plenty to do in and around the area. We wouldn't hesitate to return if we were ever planning to visit Split again.

The location was excellent, the villa was very well equipped (coffee pods for the coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, hair dryer, complimentary biscuits and juice), with a fabulous private garden with grape vines and lime trees not to mention the hot tub - we were truly sad to leave it. There was a great bakery across the road for breakfast and the villa was right next to the archeological museum. It was ten minutes' walk to the seafront cafes and amazing beauty of the Roman / medieval Old Town, with a good supermarket halfway along the route. What's not to like? (Tip - if returning to Split Airport, consider getting a one hour ferry from Split seafront along the coast to lovely Trogir, then a five minute bus ride to Split airport - cheaper than a taxi to the airport and much more fun!)

It wasn't a problem for us, but there are small steps here and there in and around the villa, and the bathroom is narrow, so might not suit people with poor mobility.

Such a great find! The host was fantastic and super helpful. Greeted us on arrival to show us round his property, which he clearly takes a lot of pride in. Just a 5 minute walk from the old town with easy parking out front. Well equipped kitchen, and we were even left a few essentials to get us started. Comfy beds, clean and tidy everywhere with nice little extra touches. Lovely outside area with hot tub, sun beds and BBQ. Perfect setup for our relaxing three nights in Split. Thank you Frane
