Perfect 👌🏼

This property had everything, I can’t fault it one bit, one of the best equipped properties I’ve ever stayed at, located is brilliant also! 5 minutes walk away from all the local shops! we will 100% be staying here again when we are back in split, 🙏🏼😎

The villa is a gem

We had a fantastic stay in this magnificent villa. It is located less then 10 min. walk from the old town and main attractions. The big garden is really gorgeous and we loved sun bathing and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The host met us in person and gave all information we needed. Hope to come back again!

Centrally located

The location was very close to centre of Split. Fane our host was great and pick us up and dropped us back to airport. The little extras like coffee, fruit and flowers was lovely and much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable in the main bedroom. The garden was lovely!

There was building work next door for nearly the entire time we were there and sometimes went on late into the night. We were not informed about this beforehand. The bathroom was very small and was in need of refurbishing. The noise from the road was quite loud at times. The shutters on the windows do make the house quite dark however it did keep the house cool.

Superb

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Diocletian's Palace and the old city, as well as grocery stores, cafes and bakeries. Frane was an excellent host who responded very quickly and thoughtfully to all our questions. The house and garden were very clean.

The house itself is a bit small, although it is exceptionally charming. The doors and hallways are a bit narrow, so could be a bit hard to navigate with luggage or with a small child like in our case.

After one week spent on this house I wanna highly recommend place and owners ! House is clean and fresh . Cool garden with BBQ space . It’s perfect location specially on Ultra music festival time - 7 min walk . Owners are really nice and friendly people, without any problems always with smile on them faces ;)) ! See you soon ! Excellent stay in a beautiful, vibrant city

Great location near the city centre, but still calm. Some noise when "party people" went past in the night, but otherwise all quiet. Pretty house, comfy beds, all you need in the kitchen etc. Excellent host (with parents).

The acommodation is near perfect. But as for Split, be aware that is has become quite pricey, so be specific if you want tips for cheaper restaurants etc. from the landlord or others. Unfortunately, we were also scammed several times by shop-ladies, taxi drivers etc., so count your money - and know that when a boat promises "The Blue Lagoon & 3 islands", it's really 2. You get used to it.

Great location with amazing garden

Frane is amazing, sweet and very thoughtful. The house is ready to be used: fruits, coffee pods, washing machine detergents, water, etc. He came to see us when we were leaving and gifted our little one. Hvala. The house was cleaned and shiny. It is situated nearby city center (5 min with stroller and 10 to La Riva, Palace, etc) and with all commodities within 50m radius. The garden is such a great asset, our son spent lovely time running, playing with his ball and we enjoyed coffee under the sun. Neighbors are very friendly. Frane's parents living below are fine, kind and sweet discreet neighbors.

Rooms are not that wide and it makes bath time difficult. As there's only one small window in the bathroom it gets easily wet and takes time to dry (we were there during spring not summer tho). It's more a comment for a family with young kids. The street can get a bit noisy and daylight does not go through much (mainly kitchen) but as long as you have great weather and stay in the garden it's fine.

Villa is located a walk from port and bus station so it was easy to commute. The house was very well equipped. We were greeted with grapes from the garden and some other fruits. The host was very helpful. We all have good memories of the stay.

The house is an interesting combination of a retro and modern; located just few minutes walk from the old town. The garden is quite large and much nicer than on photos. Our host Frane was very kind and he informed us about all interesting places in Split...

Very nice house with spacious garden where my family & I were spending most of our time relaxing. The villas location is perfect; nearby You’ve got supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, post office etc. and the Diocletian Palace is on a walking distance.

Fantastisch!

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf! Het appartement was schoon en gezellig met een supermooie tuin en een heerlijke jacuzzi. De ligging is perfect. Rustig, maar toch dicht bij het strand en leuke restaurantjes. Alles was goed geregeld en de host Frane die altijd klaarstaat voor service of voor het geven van tips en trucs. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Perfect verblijf en zeer gastvrije host

Bijzonder gastvrije host, mochten onze bagage en fietsen al eerder bij het appartement achterlaten, zeer hulp bereid en meedenkend over vervoer naar het vliegveld. Het appartement was heel schoon, goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken. Goede en rustige ligging ten opzichte van de stad, op loopafstand.

Exceptionnel petite maison

je dois dire que l'accueil du propriétaire étais super. Visite de la maison, explications.... la maison à tout! pour faire barbecue y'a tout rien besoin d'acheter en arrivant. Le frigo avec eau plate, eau pétillante, café caspule, café au lait capsule, thé , la maison à des splite de partout( chaud/froid) la literie top, je me suis endormi sans chercher de position et très propre. machine à laver avec produits, lave vaisselle avec produits, four, micro onde.... Salle de bain hyper propre!le JACUZZI o top et très propre . un très beau jardin très très bien entretenu. la maison est à 5 minutes du centre historique touristique car la maison est au centre ville . On reviendra et je recommande très très vivement cette établissement 10/10 20/20
