O2 Villas Yala

If you want an experience close to the jungle, this is definitely the place to stay! The property was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I stayed at the hotel while my family went on an early morning safari, and it was so lovely and peaceful. I had forgotten to bring diapers for the baby, but the staff kindly helped me get some and arranged a baby cot at short notice. The food was delicious, and we would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The swimming pool and calm, peaceful environment made our stay even more relaxing. A special thank you to Hirunika at the front office, who made our experience truly memorable. She welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we felt right at home. Her caring attitude, thoughtful words, and attention to every little detail made us feel genuinely comfortable and well looked after. She always checked on us to make sure everything was okay, which made a big difference to our stay. We would also like to appreciate Shanika for her professionalism and attentiveness. She took the time to understand our expectations and checked whether we were happy with our stay, making sure our needs were well taken care of. Thank you, Hirunika and Shanika, for your excellent hospitality and for making our stay so special. We truly appreciate your kindness and care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with a beautiful atmosphere and outstanding service! ❤️

One area that could be improved is the food. With a little more attention to the quality, taste, and variety of the meals, the overall experience could be even better. The staff service could also be improved a little to match the high standard of the villa

Everything

Nothing

Everything! It’s a unique concept where rooms are located at the canopy level to see far and wide. The plunge pool in every apartment was special.
