About this villa rental
A lovely beachhouse located absolute beachfront on Weligama Beach with four bedrooms (3 King size + 3 singles) and four ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with fans throughout the house.
A private pool and sunbeds is nestled in the garden - perfect for an afternoon dip after swimming/surfing.
The kitchen is complete with gas cooking, a Delonghi espresso machine , 400l fridge and water cooler.
Included in the house rental is a lovely Tropical or Sri Lankan breakfast served daily plus all cleaning.
Weligama is a lovely - still sleepy fishing village with a mix of local and international restaurants and shops plus ATMs, spas and markets. New yoga and ayurverdic studios are opening, and local cafes are providing a mix of delicious local and international cuisine.

We had the most amazing stay at the August beach house where we were spoilt rotten by Neeta and Tharanga, with all our requests being met by Sooriya and Sena kept us safe at night. Such a wonderful family surfing holiday for all of our 2 families with us being forced to do nothing but relax. Thoroughly recommend Michelle place- thank you!

This was probably one of our favorite vacations and a lot of that had to do with this house! The location was absolutely perfect. The design of the house was so thoughtful. We were 2 families. 7 people. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The house was stocked with little things like books, dvds, towels, games. Neeta was so special. We joked about trying to take her home with us. Shehan was a rockstar. He was on top of everything each morning. And Sooriya was there to help around the house and in the evening. And Joe the overseer booked our transportation, organized massages, gave ideas and booked tours for us. He was so awesome! I will highly recommend this house to everyone I know going to Sri Lanka. I really hope we will get to return one day.

The Weligama Boathouse truly gave us such a memorable holiday. Travelling with kids is not always easy, yet this place felt like home instantly thanks to its decor, facilities, staff and personal touches like board games, books etc. Right on the beach, we woke up everyday to go surfing, would come back to some beautifully cooked meals and for anything else, we were just a short stroll away from Weligama town. I would highly recommend this place for those kind of holidays where youd like to zone out and relax. We cant wait to get back sometime. Thanks Michelle, Nishani, Thushara, Sunny and James. x
