The building and room itself were beautiful, really well set out with the jet wash bath and shutters, alongside the balcony and shower room

The bath tub area needs a light, alongside some of the lightbulbs didn’t work. The air conditioning probably needs cleaning out as it left us very congested after a couple of days, and the cleaning of the room wasn’t incredible, bath still dirty and bed not properly made. Lastly it would’ve been nice to see someone on the front desk at least once. Also more hangers for the rail!

This was an exceptional stay. Stunning room in a heritage building which was beautifully furnished. Access was easy through PIN and my ground floor room faced a quiet leafy square in the heart of Chania. There was top quality and comfort everywhere including bathrobes, complimentary water, wine and a capsule coffee machine. I loved everything about it.

Close to the old town in a nice building. Very contemporary design inside.

No toilet seat on arrival, bedside lamp not working on arrival. Both fixed within 24 hours. Our room was at the top of the house and there were a lot of stairs, often in the dark as the ‘automatic’. lights did not work well . This is ver definitely a modern ‘hotel ‘ with no one on site for much of the day and automated checkin. There was no WhatsApp contact to alert them to shortcomings and it was only by luck that we found the housekeeper.
