Light filled and extremely clean, well appointed 4 bedroom house in a great location in Montauk, just a 2 minute drive or easy bike ride to either town and Ditch Plains beach. 120 yard walk to the clubhouse at the acclaimed Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course. All mattresses, pillows and sheets are brand new. Furnishings and bedding throughout by Casper, Soho House Home, Crate & Barrel, Frontgate, Design within Reach, Room & Board.
16x36 gunite saltwater pool completed this Nov 2023 in the large and private backyard.
Full size washer/dryer, mahogany decking front, side and back, newly installed A/C, Sonos system, and Breeo fire pit in a huge backyard, which also features a very pleasant outdoor dining / umbrella setup on the back deck. High speed wifi and activated streaming services on all TVs. House sits on a large plot, with no neighbors to the front or back of house which allows for an extremely serene and pleasant experience.
The house is perfect for a party size up to 8 people, with 1 King bed, 2 queens, and 2 twins

The owner could not have been more helpful or more pleasant. The house is simply wonderful and exceeds all expectations. The location to town and beaches are close to perfect. We fully expect to be returning next summer

This location was perfect for all the wedding events we had to attend at the yacht club and downtown. Best of all, the peoperty owner was super nice and caring. The property manager was on hand all our needs. Really enjoyed it. They added a sea water pool after we reserved the property but were very nice to add a fence and pool alarm sunce we had a 15 month old with us. Super service.
