5mn from the beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate, large Normandy property in a quiet area with a heated covered swimming pool from june to september ( more if temperature are high). The main house: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge living room with fireplace, piano, home cinema, can accommodate 11 people. The guest house for 6 persons has its living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The whole on a beautiful garden of 5000 m2, terrace, barbecue, petanque ground, transats. Linen provided, cleaning possible during your stay, WI-FI.

Covered pool was fabulous. Ping pong table and other outdoor games were used a lot.3 families, total of 10 people, including 4 kids ages 12 - 20. Bedroom and bathroom arrangements worked well for the group. Great location to enjoy the quiet countryside, but easy access to quaint local towns, the beach and for other attractions in the area. We took advantage of a guided tour of the WWII beaches and cemetery that was a highlight of the trip (less than an hour away). The villa was clean and well stocked for cooking. Would highly recommend it for any group wanting a relaxing getaway.

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay for 15 people aged 1 - 70. It is very well equipped for large-scale seating and catering, the beds were comfortable, and the swimming pool, badminton set, boules court, table tennis table and other games were well used by all. It was very close to shops and to several beaches - less than 10 minutes drive - where there was plenty of free parking. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. We will definitely be heading back!

We enjoyed our stay very much - the domain consists of 2 houses - ideally for our family, where the young generation stayed in the small house and the older generation used the big house. The furniture was very tastefully decorated - everything was fine. 2 points for improvement: Some kitchen utensils could be improved such as sharp knives and a thorough cleaning of the whole property would be good (including the shed). Otherwise perfect!

The property was perfect for all our needs. We were celebrating three big birthdays with our children and our grandchildren . The pool was wonderful for everyone and used at least once a day. The host provided all equipment for cooking for a large group and there was plenty of space to spread out both inside and out. Would recommend!

Overall close to excellent but for some minor issues - Plumbing/septic tank problem affecting use of ground floor WC in main house; No WiFi in guest house;and poolside lights not working. Otherwise good location for access to Dives, Cabourg and Houlgate.

Clean spacious property, very smart and modern with beautiful large grounds. Wonderful pool which was much enjoyed by all. Host Bettie was easy to contact and helpful. The location is unbeatable. So quiet and peaceful but easy to get to supermarkets in under ten minutes for all our needs. Fabulous beaches within ten minutes drive too and beautiful charming towns also nearby.

Wonderful property with plenty of space for a large group (we were a big family group ranging in age from 1 to 70) with space for casual dining inside and outside. The pool, with its retractable cover, was a fabulous resource for adults and children alike, though there were plenty of other games on site. The property is situated in a quiet rural area but within easy reach of the beach at Houlgate; less than ten minutes in the car but we even walked there one day. The beach resorts of Cabourg and Deauville are also within easy reach, as is the picturesque town of Honfleur. All are worth a visit. Trips to a children’s farm and a cidery also proved fun!

Can't rate this place highly enough. We booked this property for a family holiday and from youngest to oldest agreed it is one of the best places we have stayed. The two houses provided fresh, open, airy spaces with enough room for everyone and wonderful outdoor areas to play and eat, topped by the facility to jump into a great swimming pool. Location-wise it is central enough that it catered for all our wants, whether visiting the historic sights of Normandy, exploring the coastal towns, enjoying the choice of superb local beaches, or just walking to see the cows! A big thank you to the hosts who were extremely helpful and responsive to any queries we had and who were proactive in providing additional fans having looked at the forecast high temperatures. We wish we'd had a longer holiday here!

Exceeded our expectations. The main house is spacious and well equipped with stylish interiors. Our children loved the outdoor space - especially the swimming pool. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful local area. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. We had a great holiday - thanks so much!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette propriété tres fonctionnelle, joliment décorée, bien fournie. Tout était tres propre. La répartition sur 2 maison offre un confort appréciable pour un séjour à plusieurs familles. Elle est adapté aux jeunes enfants. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée. De nombreux accessoires sont également à disposition( table de ping pong, raquettes badminton / tennis, spike ball…). Experience à renouveler!
