I really liked the room, the cleanliness, and the location. However, the hotel facilities are quite limited, as there is only a gym available.

I left my RL cardigan in Room 1339, only realised after I checked in to the airport departure at 7pm local time, call the hotel front desk immediately but there is no one pick up the phone until the flight departed, sent an email at the same time.
call the front desk again after 24 hrs, someone pick up the phone and told me they are too busy to check and asked me to send an email.
There is still no reply when this review is written, 2 days has passed, if not for the branded cardigan which I only wore once, I would not have rated 1 star for the staff.
