    The location was superb, offering excellent walkability and easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, complemented by reliable Wi-Fi and well-maintained facilities. Staff were attentive and contributed to a smooth experience, making the overall value for money outstanding.

    2500 Penn is located very well. Close enough to walk to City proper & not far from the airport. While the Property is slightly dated, the amenities & staff are excellent. Very clean & Professional. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    First thing, it says on the description that there is parking, but when we got there, they said that its only for compact cars. I have a subaru ascent and it wasnt allowed. I wonder what kind of parking they have. So we had to find a street parking. The Front desk is not friendly. I would rather talk to a robot than a person who doesnt even know how to greet guests, doesnt know how to smile atleast or to say thank you. He just ask for my id and security deposit right away. And the most terrible Part, nobody told us that their aircondition was never working. We woke up around 2am because it feels like we are in hell and we are already having headaches. It was 82 degrees! We called to complain and their resolution is just to open the windows because they dont have aircondition. I wanted to ask for a refund but we dont want to ruin our day to fight for it that time.
