    Overall very pleasant stay. Comfortable rooms and fantastic facilities for young children. Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing to improve would be the dining spread, only 2 variations and not much variety. Kids food also pretty limited.

    Our stay at Checkin Magi was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The property felt more like a run-down motel than a proper hotel, and the service and amenities were extremely poor. The room was not clean. The walls were dirty, the towels were dirty, and even basic supplies were not properly provided. We were given only a very small amount of toilet paper and had to call the front desk to ask for more. For the price and the reputation of this property, that is simply unacceptable. The breakfast was another major disappointment. The buffet was extremely poor quality, with food that felt more like basic institutional or prison-style food than a hotel breakfast. We felt especially bad for the kids having to eat there. We booked this hotel largely because of the inflated positive reviews and because the kids wanted to ride the electric cars. That was basically the only reason we came. Even that experience was disappointing: the cars are very slow, the ride is only about 15 minutes, and you have to book in advance. Never again. Unless your main priority is letting your children ride the electric cars for 15 minutes, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. There are much better places where you can spend your money and actually enjoy your stay.
