We had a pleasant stay. At check-in we received an upgrade from a queen to a king bed, which was nice of course. The rooms are not the biggest but normal for the hotels in this area.
Fortunately all the guest have been considerate with noise levels. Which is was good cause the walls not sound proof however it has not deprived us from any sleep. If there are louder guest’s earplugs are provided. Great feature is that sun loungers are available for you at the beach. Loved the location of the hotel just walking distance from the busy South Beach and far enough to be quiet.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel, as finding a last minute (more affordable) place in Miami Beach was of course challenging.
Overall most things about Casa Ocean were great, from its prime location on ocean drive minutes from the beach, to its nicely designed rooms, and air conditioned units.
HOWEVER, The main thing to be aware of are that the walls ARE beyond paper thin. You will hear EVERYTHING adjacent rooms are doing from bathroom noises, tv, conversations, steps, etc. However, this can be solved by bringing ear plugs which I recommend.
Service is great overall, the hotel DOES have a small lobby which is nice, that has water and coffee. The hotel is located away from the crazy noise so you have a bit more of a peaceful stay.
The showers are good when it comes to temperature, size, and water pressure. Counter space beside sink is limited.
Also, we got upgraded to a King Suite for free!
In general I would recommend this hotel to others just bring ear plugs in case!
