    Beautiful hotel with amazing staff

    Claims to be 5 stars, but barely deserves 2. Several facilities were broken, including the TV, window, and sink. I called the staff twice and had to wait for hours before anyone came to check. The hotel is clean and conveniently located near the station, which is a plus. However, the breakfast was disappointing — the fruits were not fresh, and when I asked for coffee, it was forgotten. When I asked again, I was told there was none left.
