    Lovely 5 star hotel in Oriente area of Lisbon so close to bus and train station for Lisbon day trips. Close to airport as well. Lovely waterfront to walk across the road. Room is luxurious,Beds are comfy, rooftop pool area is lovely. Nice treat to have sauna, steam room too. Housecoat ( robe) and slippers in my room. Great breakfast too. 19 euros but you don’t need to eat all day!

    Very friendly staff, great amenities- rooftop pool, sauna, robe and slippers await you in your room. Breakfast exceptional. 19 euros well worth it. In a modern area of Lisbon. Close to bus and train station and a wonderful mall. Location not my preferred area of Lisbon but we chose it for part of our Lisbon stay as we were doing day trips from there on train.

    Claims to be 5 stars, but barely deserves 2. Several facilities were broken, including the TV, window, and sink. I called the staff twice and had to wait for hours before anyone came to check. The hotel is clean and conveniently located near the station, which is a plus. However, the breakfast was disappointing — the fruits were not fresh, and when I asked for coffee, it was forgotten. When I asked again, I was told there was none left.
