We only stayed for a night after a late flight. There is 24 hour reception so no issues when checking in late. They also have a WhatsApp number which they reply quite fast. The room was clean and great for the night. It was a bit noisy in the morning from the common areas as all windows and doors go towards the common central areas. There is a lift so you don’t need to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs.

Positives - hotel is clean, well-priced, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Good budget option.
Negatives - several reviews have commented on the neighborhood and possible safety issues. The neighborhood itself did not seem to be unsafe, but be aware that everything shuts around 7.30pm, there is nowhere to buy food, and the streets are very quiet. The manager told me that you're unlikely to have any safety issues in this neighborhood or the streets in the direction of the downtown area, but you should avoid the neighborhood that's across the main road (around Parque de la Soledad). Also there is a fire alarm that beeps throughout the night which some people would find distracting.
Overall a good budget option, but be realistic with your expectations.
