Very disappointed. Lots of noise from the street till 2 am. When raised the issue to reception on the next day, they offered me quiter room...with extra payment!! So they rather have you complaining and don't care you can't sleep at 5* hotel but impossible to change room even though they had 2 free ones. It would be higher category so manager would need to approve...and they wouldn't care. Biggest issue was horrible wifi. None of 2 networks was stable, impossible to make calls or even load apps. Again they were "sorry" but technicians would come only after checkout date. Never again this place as basic 2* hotel offer better sleep and internet quality for 30% price. There are so many nicer options in Syros, I regret I chose this one with non-refundable rate. On the positive side breakfast is decent, with fresh juice and barista coffee.

- the old Mediterranean style villa
- The silence and calm in the room as we're in small & not busy streets

The beds are like sleeping in the clouds. Very nice place to feel a sense of calm. The staff are caring and warm. I recommend it!
