Hello, the staff were wonderfully courteous and the room was clean. My only constructive criticism was the bathroom. The shower was awful with those cheap shower curtains and the shower head was making a horrible loud noise like the roadworks outside everytime it was used. Room 315.

Clean and spacious room. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful and large. Nice touch of having chocolate hour at 2 pm. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the floors in the bathroom were completely wet after showering ( I think we were assigned the accessible room). Close by trams and the railway station. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again.
