Despite the range of reviews from 2/10 to 10/10, the hotel provided everything it needed. Clean room, made-up daily and linen changed every 3 days. Room a little small with access to bed from one side only, but that wasn’t a problem. Bathroom very clean. Shower was hot and strong. Bar fridge in room to put your own drinks in. No noise issues. I was there Wed to Sun, which included pool parties on Fri and Sat, but no noise from the pool party heard in my room - although my room wasn’t on the side of the building overlooking the pool - it was looking towards Miami city (room 731).
The staff were very attentive and helpful and efficient.
Based on my stay, I could not see why any of the below average ratings had any basis. I think it says more about the reviewer than the hotel and the reviewer’s propensity to complain about anything. When you find people who write poor reviews based on a minor issue they had, perceived or real, just be grateful you aren’t married to them.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
