I had a very pleasant stay and would love to visit again. Rooms are large and comfortable, the location is great and staff is lovely. Special thanks to Ms Thuy Dung.

Well located to the old city and the market. Outside the busy tourist area - so quieter however fewer choices for eating.
Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine (eggs, fruit, bahn, coffee). Rooms were clean, well sized and air con worked well. No complaints at all!

Walkable to Imperial city. Front of Homestay is bus parking lot for tours (full during day, empty at night). You have to walk to the entrance of parking lot to catch your Grab. It’s a 3 story walkup. We had a very noisy experience during our stay. Noise from the hallway/stairwell is magnified due to design of building. Unable to get clear assistance from the first night staff due to language barrier, but staff on 2nd night was able to help us with what we needed. Also, towels are very old, smelly and small. I don’t mind the size and age, but I can’t with the smell. Not close to center of town. Egg breakfast is offered.
