    I’m disappointed with the hotel, but even more disappointed with Agoda’s partner management. The facilities were in terrible condition and absolutely not worthy of a 3-star rating. The place was run-down, poorly maintained, and very different from the photos shown online. Agoda should conduct proper and periodic quality checks for hotels listed on its platform. This was an extremely poor experience and has made me lose trust in booking through Agoda.

    Do not stay at this hotel. I have been traveling around Vietnam for a month, and this is by far the worst accommodation I’ve encountered. Nothing looks like the photos. The pool is green, the terrace is in ruins, and the entire property is severely dilapidated. The rooms smell like mold, and there are black stains on the curtains. In our first room, the shower faucet was completely broken, and the PVC bathtub wasn't even attached to the floor. While the receptionists were very kind and moved us to a different room—and the cleaning staff clearly works hard—the reality is that this hotel needs a total renovation and should not be open to the public.

    Shabby and second hand room furniture. Drab decor. Hard bed and pillow,despite asking for the opposite. 5 tv channels all in vietnamese. Avoid. There is far better value on offer in Hue.
