Nos encantó la ubicación y lo fácil que lo pusieron todo. Nos ayudaron mucho: antes de llegar, nos reservaron un taxi desde el aeropuerto de Da Nang a muy buen precio; al día siguiente nos trajeron una moto con dos cascos para que pudiéramos recorrer la ciudad; y por último nos ayudaron a reservar un viaje en taxi a Hoi An por la Hai Van Pass, con un par de paraditas. Realmente nos encantó alojarnos en Cloud Inn y lo recomendamos mucho.

Nada, la verdad. Justo lo que buscábamos y superaron nuestras expectativas en cuanto a la atención al cliente.

The property is ideally located close to everything you need. Shops , restaurants , walking street , and vin mall. It’s a new hotel and was in very good condition . We had two rooms in the same floor so was perfect for the family . Loved sitting on the roof area for a family pizza meal and a game of Uno with a few drinks as had a lovely breeze. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Felt like a home away from home.

Was a little hard to find at first but after getting our bearings was really not a problem . Set back just off the street. But helped as couldn’t hear the noise from the streets.

Personnel parlant anglais, et un peu français; plein d’attentions très gentils. Proche activités. Télé "youtube" et "live TV vietnamienne ".

La salle de bain entièrement en verre fumé : très sexy en couple, mais un peu dérangeant en famille... mais reste très utilisable en allumant la lumière de la chambre et laissant la sdb dans le sombre.
