    Absolutely loved the place and the staff, very friendly. Will recommend to stay at this place. Plenty of parking area and very close to airport.

    We travelled 2 weeks around the South Island and this was by far the worst of the other places we stayed at. The receptionist during check in was plain rude and obnoxious. Felt like telling her off hey please just shed off that haughty attitude, you’re just as Asian as us. We didn’t face such treatment at all other establishments we stayed at. Facilities were okay but toilets in both rooms had a pungent septic smell.

    Has a good location. Parking is free but first come first serve. The only thing that I don't like if there is no cafe or no restaurant in the hotel. They got a shop where you can buy foods but not open for 24hrs. We wanted to use the microwave since we have some food to reheat early in the morning since we wanted to have a proper breakfast for our long travel going to milford sound. But the shop opens at 8 I think.
